By registering on this website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

When acknowledgement of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a "confirmation of order". We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

PRODUCT CHANGES
solday  may change in the design of or specifications for, or in the way it manufactures or produces any Product if such changes are necessary or desirable to improve the safety or performance of such Product. Further, solday  may furnish suitable substitute Products or components for Products or components which are unobtainable by solday  because of any priorities, rules, regulations or the like established by governmental authorities or agencies, or due to price changes or the non-availability of materials or components from suppliers. Customer may not make any changes in the designs or specifications for the Products unless solday  approves of such changes in writing, in which event solday  may impose additional charges to implement such changes.

DELIVERY
The cost of delivery is as stated on your order.

We can usually arrange goods deliveries between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday(GMT+8) may in some instances be dispatched the following working day. We make every effort to get the orders dispatched in a timely manner but on occasion this is not achievable. Saturday through Sunday orders will be dispatched first thing the next available collection (working) day.

If you are unavailable to take delivery of your order then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour. However, we regret that we can accept no responsibility for subsequent damage or theft that may occur, once the order has been left at the delivery address.

If at a first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after this they will charge out at their standard rate, this will be advised by the courier at the time of arranging any subsequent deliveries. Usually after two failed delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to the sender, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for the delivery of the goods.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns: If an item/order(s) is broken or spoiled when it is delivered then you should notify us as soon as possible or in any case within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the returns policy becomes invalid. You will have the option of returning the whole order or just the affected items. You can notify us by email the order number, tracking number and serial number of your order, and send us the photoes or videoes of where the product was damaged. We will promptly verify your request and furnish you with both a return address and confirmation of acceptance for the return. We only provide returns for unused products purchased at the official store of www.Soldaytoys.com, and all the labels and logos of the returned items show no signs of tampering or alteration. We do not accept returns for used products or orders purchased on other platforms or dealers. You bear return shipping costs and risk of return. All refunds under this returns policy will be paid within 30 days after we receive the returned goods and verify their condition.
Unauthorized return or cash on delivery without the seller’s consent will be rejected.
The return policy works only for purchases direct from the solday  Official website.

Cancellations: If you request order cancellation before the goods are shipped, and we confirm and successfully cancel the order, a full refund will be issued within 1-2 working days.
Should you cancel the order or reject the goods post-shipping but prior to signing for them, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. After receiving the returned goods, we will deduct these costs from the payment you paid to provide a refund within 7 days.
Cancellation of product orders after receipt is not accepted.

AVAILABILITY
Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable, we will do our best to minimise this occurrence however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative. If no suitable alternative is available we will cancel the order.

we will notify you by email or telephone if we cancel your order and will refund any sum deducted by us, from your debit or credit card as soon as possible and at most within 30 days of placing your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

PRICE & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Our prices include tax, and duty unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. Payment for goods is in advance only, however, we only charge once an order is ready to dispatch.

SECURITY
We utilise secure servers and secure socket layer technology for the transfer of credit card details, we will continue to implement the latest technology as it becomes available to guarantee our customers peace of mind and safe shopping. There are also security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to it is restricted within the company.

PRIVACY POLICY
We can appreciate the frustration of unsolicited mail, so under no circumstances will we pass on any of our valued clients details with out their permission. However, where we feel that we have a genuine offer or a piece of news, we will let our customers know. If you do not require this information then please send an email to us with unsubscribe in the message heading.
