Refund Policy

We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If this is not the case, we accept your after-sale dispute within 7 days after delivery of your order. Please be sure to tell us the reason for your dissatisfaction through our official social media account or email info@soldaytoys.com We do not accept refund request through informal communication channels.

 

Please check all products after receipt of order.

For all products purchased from Soldaytoys. with quality problems, we offer 7-days Refund Policy (within 7 days from the date of receipt). Refunds for any reason or without any condition are not include the following: you purchase a wrong product, repeated purchase from online or physical store, you dislike the product, or you are not aware of product descriptions before purchase, and etc.

 

Return Policy:

Due to the special nature of wholesale orders and the policy of international shipping, we do not support returns or exhcange once order has been delivered (to your address) . If the order problem does involve Soldaytoys, we will give you a full refund or a partial refund. We do not encourage you to send back the damaged products, but if the damage is due to the fault of Soldaytoys, we will send you the qualified products free of charge.

 

How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Second: please take the picture of the item is defective, send pic to e-mail: info@soldaytoys.com

Pls remark the order number and item number on e-mail., so that we could feedback to our QC Director, after check and agree, we will negotiate the refund amount with you. When we have reached an agreement with you, we will refund the amount of the refund to the account you ordered.

 

Process and time of refund:

For Prepaid orders, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the source of payment. (The source is defined as whichever payment method you choose while completing the transaction). The refund will reflect in the source account between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request.

 

Don't accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem.

We pay attention to the quality of product and services, so we check product before sending out.

 

Can I cancel my order?

All items purchased from Soldaytoys can enjoy free cancellation policy before shipment. After you place the order, our order officially takes effect, free returns are not available. If your situation is special in any way, please communicate with us.
