We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we will ship directly to your door.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are applied during checkout based on your specific shipping destination and order weight. You can see the full shipping costs when you view your cart/during checkout.

Please note: changing international guidelines may result in your parcel being subject to import tariffs of upto 21%. UK orders can expect import tariffs on orders exceeding 22€. Unfortunately, Soldaytoys can't take responsibility for these additional tariffs.

For customized orders, we can include all transportation from the factory to your front door in our quote. We will need your postal code on your quote request to provide this shipping estimate. Once manufacturing is complete and the exact weight and volume of your order are known, all shipping costs will be finalized. If you prefer to handle shipping through your own carrier, we can also quote you a price without all of the above. We always look for the best combination of speed and budget when arranging transport. All shipping is done at actual cost. We do not markup shipping costs for our customers, so you will always be getting the best shipping rates available. Cost for tariffs, Customs fees and Customs inspections are not included in our quotes and are generally paid separately in the destination country prior to release from Customs.

Shipping Time:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Our handling time is 2-7 business days after your payment has been processed, and the tracking number will be provided to you after that. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.

Takes about 7 to 25 business days to reach destination countries in the world. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.

For the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.

For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

What is item processing time?

After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 2 business days (approximately); however, this is dependent on the item's stock status. For small quantity orders, the processing time is 2-7 business days while large quantities can take approximately 3-9 business days to process.

Annual Chinese Public Holidays:

Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

Damages:

Soldaytoys is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will try our best to deliver at the scheduled time and location. If delivery is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district, or other factors,Soldaytoys shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / ORDERS:

We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling (+86) 17605929788 or email info@soldaytoys.com if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however, due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

Any change in delivery must be made at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery

If there is any dispute, Soldaytoys reserves the right to a final decision.
