We always strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. All items purchased from Soldaytoys can enjoy free cancellation policy before shipment. After you place the order, our order officially takes effect, free returns are not available. If your situation is special in any way, please communicate with us.

Return Terms and Conditions:

Please check all products after receipt of order.

For all products purchased from Soldaytoys. with quality problems, we offer 7-days Return & Exchange Policy (within 7 days from the date of receipt). Returns for any reason or without any condition are not include the following: you purchase a wrong product, repeated purchase from online or physical store, you dislike the product, or you are not aware of product descriptions before purchase, and etc.

Soldaytoys shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable.

How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective. We will sort it out actively but we also need your help.

  • First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Second: please take the picture of the item is defective, send pic to e-mail: info@soldaytoys.com (Pls remark the order number and item number on e-mail., so that we could feedback to our QC Director, after check and agree, we will add new one to your next order for free or Or subtract the amount of the defective item from your next order.)
  • Third: If you want to receive the return and refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensate for the loss of customers.After evaluation, we will offer you some discount on the next order. You will need to contact us to obtain a return address, addresses obtained from other sources are not valid.
  • Don't accept return/exchange if there is no quality problem.

Once you have been approved for a refund by us, the time for the refund to the account is usually 7-10 working days. The exact timing will vary depending on your payment credit card. If you are choosing to return a product for a refund, we will need to wait until we receive the product you sent before we can begin the refund process.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange products will take approximately 1-2 months, and the exchange must be a product of the same style. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@soldaytoys.com.

    If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Products should be clean, unused, and undamaged before you ship out.
